This project represents our first Co-Living design.

Located at the end of Birmingham’s Broad Street, this existing brutalist building has been brought back to life through sensitive and yet confident redevelopment and interventions.

We were appointed to deliver exemplary amenity spaces which visually tied together with the common ares and apartment types which ranged from a 1 bed studio to a 2 bed apartment. 

The budget for the project was extremely tight and yet a hospitality feel has been achieved throughout the ground floor amenity spaces and co-living apartments.
