We were introduced to the pioneering hospitality company Bistrotheque and appointed to work with them to develop a strong design narrative and concept for the ground floor lobby space for the 162 room boutique hotel above.

The design brief called for a home for everyone, a social hub where you can do anything and be anything. The open plan nature of the site offers all possibilities from the coffee shop, lounge, bar and restaurant to the mini-cinema, hotel concierge, news stand, florists and cookie counter.

The spaces were designed to effortlessly flip from day to night time modes, from disco brunch parties to lively DJ nights.

At Ducie Street Warehouse, a bustling community thrives.
