Wyndham Hotels

We were invited by Wyndham to appraise their
emerging brand guidelines for a new type of customer
experience within their Ramada hotel chain across
the EMEA region.

Our initial work culminated in the development of a new brand
aesthetic for their bedrooms which aimed at a mid to upper level
client base with more opulent finishes and a boutique hotel feel
to reposition the brand, whilst protecting recognition and
loyalty the group had built up over the years.

Our work with Wyndham has expanded to include work
on their Encore brand of hotels, initially focussing in on
Encore Gateshead. The hotel enjoys a fantastic waterfront
location on the south bank of the Tyne, adjacent to the Sage
and in easy walking distance to Newcastle City Centre.
We were appointed to develop design proposals for a new
customer experience within the front of house public areas.
This involved a reworking of the reception, the bar,
restaurant and lounge areas and expanded into the
guest corridors and bedrooms.
